Carl launches his boat from the Cedar Key City Dock They also have a seafood market and restaurant right outside Cedar Key. Capt. Carl usually takes your fish back to the market to clean and offers a complimentary bowl of chowder while you wait. You can also order off the menu or they will cook your fish any way you like.
