Carl specializes in fishing for inshore species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black Drum. He also does shark fishing for which hyou must arrange ahead. Capt. Carl launches his boat from the Cedar Key City Dock They also have a seafood market and restaurant right outside Cedar Key. Capt. Carl usually takes your fish back to the market to clean and offers a complimentary bowl of chowder while you wait. You can also order off the menu or they will cook your fish any way you like.
